The Wellbeing in Pregnancy and Childbirth course is designed to help you to deal effectively with any antenatal anxiety and stress and will teach you relaxation and pain relief techniques for use during the birth of your baby.

all things wonderful … a dream of possibilities”

Research has shown that for women using hypnosis during childbirth there is a reduction in length of labour; lower reported pain; reduction in medical intervention; and a reduced need for pain relief medication
The 'Wellbeing in Pregnancy and Childbirth' course is a series of 4 sessions typically starting at the beginning of the second trimester and leading through to just before the birth of your baby.
It’s enjoyable and informative and will help prepare you (and your partner) psychologically and physically for having the best possible experience of childbirth. Your partner will learn techniques to help you to stay calm and relaxed during labour. For details of costs and bookings please go to the fees / appointments page
